Refund Policy for Term 3 /4 

for Class Artz Academy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to the following program: At Home Art Program (formally Term 3 / Term 4 program at Class Artz Academy).

 

  1. General
    1. Due to the restrictions announced by the NSW Government for external hirers not allowed on school premises for Term 4 2021, the Art At Home program will replace the face to face in class teaching for the 8 week term.
    2. All previously enrolled students for Term 3 / 4 will automatically be rolled-over into this new program unless otherwise requested by parents in an opt out e-mail.
    3. Refund requests are due by September 17 and if not received by then, Class Artz Academy surmises that the child will be participating in the At Home Art Program.
    4. All refunds will be minus a Stripe processing fee within 5-10 working days
    5. The new Art at Home program will deliver goods and services equalling the total amount paid of $296 (minus a $6 Stripe payment processing fee), and will replace all classes at all 11 schools in Term 4, 2021.
    6. We offer refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy (“Policy”).
    7. Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 
  2. Australian Consumer Law
    1. We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.  
  3. Refunds
    1. In the event that you have forgotten to opt out by the deadline date and you have received an Art Box, you will need to contact Class Artz Academy to request a refund.
    2. A refund will only be granted if the art box is returned with original contents unopened and sealed.
    3. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
    4. Once returned, a refund of $296 minus a Stripe processing fee will be made. 
    5. As per the Service NSW terms and conditions – once a Creative Kids Voucher has been redeemed with a Registered Provider (Class Artz Academy), you are not entitled to a refund of the participation fee equivalent to the Voucher amount under any circumstances, even if the Eligible Child does not participate in the activity. 
  4. Response Time
    1. We aim to process any requests for replacements or refunds within 2-5 days days of receipt. 
  5. How to Return Products
    1. You can contact us at the end of this Policy to discuss a return using the information.
    2. Unless otherwise defined in our sole discretion, we shall pay all refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card used to make the original purchase.
