IN A NUTSHELL

Who we are + what we offer

Class Artz Academy is a boutique junior art school that provides a convenient after school creative experience in primary schools across Sydney – from the Eastern Suburbs to the Sutherland Shire.

We’re made up of a dedicated team of qualified teachers and teacher’s aides (all with WWCCs), who expertly teach and guide students in our themed 8-week art lessons.

Our highly sought-after art academy teaches over 250 students from Kindy to Year 6 in our term program. Our students learn to produce astounding works and not only participate in, but also place as finalists and even WIN prestigious art competitions including Operation Art and the Young Archies.

THE LOW DOWN

How can schools benefit?

Our programs are known to be an amazing, valued addition to schools’ extra curricular activities. Schools earn extra revenue as we pay scheduled fees as outlined in a DET CUA agreement.

As a fully insured, independent external provider – we take care of everything from enrolments, supplies and room preparation. Which means no administration work is required from our schools. We’re also proud and enthusiastic supporters of all our schools – for fundraisers, P&C donations and community projects.

What we require from participating schools

As each of our term programs are uniquely themed and planned – we are meticulously organised when it comes to all of the lessons and supplies for our students. There are just a few things that we would require on-site at our participating schools, including:

  • Storage for art materials (e.g. storage cupboard)
  • Access to a wet area/sink to clean supplies
  • Tables and chairs for up to 25 kids
  • Setup of a community user agreement (CUA)
  • Toilet nearby for our students after the school day ends
